As Principal and Managing Member of Promark Partners, Robert O. Eisinger oversees all aspects of daily operations and its investment portfolio. Mr. Eisinger’s career has encompassed all aspects of commercial real estate development, investment and management. After managing a Service Corporation within a local financial institution, Bob worked part time for Eisinger, Kilbane & Associates (EKA) while attending George Washington University MBA program. He worked for EKA more than a decade before setting out on his own, developing and entitling local real estate.
Bob’s father, Roger, introduced the concept of Air Rights to the Washington Metropolitan Area in the 1960’s with Eisinger, Kilbane & Associates, and Bob worked closely with his father to develop the third Air Rights Building and managed the entitlement process for EKA’s developments in Bethesda, to include the Marriott Residence Inn and Hampden Square. Concurrently, Bob developed the first major health club in Bethesda, MD Sport and Health, in 1980. In 2000, he co-founded Promark Real Estate Services, LLC, with longtime business partner Thomas D.W. Fauquier. Bob is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD. His alma maters include Indiana University, American University and George Washington University.
